Conductors in Training program

BRYO is one of the only Youth Orchestra's in Australia to run a training programme for aspiring Conductor's.  Players have the opportunity to audition for the programme every 2 years.  They receive training and guidance  from the Music Department and Mentors around SE Qld.  Each concert they conduct a piece they have been rehearsing with the Orchestra.
