Annual Report and presentation of 2023 accounts (President and Treasurer)\n2. Consideration and voting on proposed amended Constitution\n3. Election of Committee Members for 2024-25 \n  \nThe Committee is responsible for running the organisation for the benefit of members and makes the decisions required to keep us strong and successful. You must be a member to vote at the AGM (players must also be over 18 years – those under 18 are to be represented by a parent or guardian provided they are Associate Members). \n  \nThe Committee comprises a maximum of ten members and consists of:\n• a President\n• up to two Vice Presidents\n• a Treasurer\n• a Secretary\n• Three or four Ordinary Executive Members (depending upon the number of Vice Presidents elected)\n• the Director of Music\n• a Player Representative. \n  \nNote that only the first eight positions will be voted on at the AGM. The last two positions are\nex-¬officio and will be appointed by the incoming Committee. Note that you can only be nominated (and serve on the Committee) if you are a member of BRYO.
